We each month for each hydraulic lifting platform running times for statistics, for maintenance in accordance with the technical standards and the different models of hydraulic lifting platform, for weekly and monthly status check on the spot assessment of timely and reasonable replacement hydraulic lifting platform utilization to ensure safe use.
To the daily self-examination on a regular basis through the wire rope flaw detector, the governor tester and other advanced detection equipment parts in use, rely on scientific and technological means to guarantee the safe use of equipment status, such as the discovery of hydraulic lifting platform aerial work platforms broken strands of wire rope length , the governor is not in operation speed start protection, etc., immediately organized replacement parts to ensure the safety of the device.
As the hydraulic lifting platform equipment overhaul life has no specific criteria to determine the need for major repairs only according to usage, the use of more than five years of hydraulic lifting platform, in order to ensure safety, you can hire special equipment supervision and inspection equipment sector organizations to identify the state, according to the actual cases in remediation advice, support equipment constantly continuous and reliable operation.
